The team is made up of professionals devoted to children who are different. They want each child to grow, reach their potential, and feel welcomed—with smiles and kindness.
Our support staff adapt to the unique needs of every child to provide truly personalized care. To ensure the best support, each child at the center has a dedicated support person just for them.
Three-Level Organization
At the top: the Behavior & Socialization Space led by two Educators.
In the middle: a SUPPORT layer—administration, kitchen/maintenance, instructors & educators.
At the bottom: the Education & Learning Space run by two Teachers/Educators.

How We Work
Staffing ratio: 1 adult for 2 children—support is personalized and individualized.
Methods we use: ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) and sign language—a structured approach and accessible communication.
Two Complementary Areas
The Behavior & Socialization area builds social skills and emotional safety.
The Education & Learning area targets academic skills and independence.
The support layer keeps things running (setting up spaces, materials, etc.) thanks to a team of instructors & educators.
