Specialized Educator (M/F)

Job Responsibilities

As a Specialized Educator, you will collaborate within the Centre des Noyers, which will welcome around twenty autistic children aged 5 to 12. You will report to the Centre’s Director. You will support and guide the children holistically, proposing activity and personalized project plans in collaboration with families and partners. Position Details:

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Caring for autistic children, both individually and in groups, considering their needs and working with their families to ensure the effective implementation of the specialized education process.
  • Holistic support and guidance: managing daily routines, overseeing administrative tasks and health, and planning and tracking activity and personalized projects.
  • Work closely with families and partners.
  • Coordinate, organize, and plan activities.
  • Develop and maintain educational support tools.
  • Ensure prevention, safety, and hygiene standards for the individuals under your care by adhering to established norms.
Desired Profile
  • You have solid experience in supporting individuals, ideally autistic children, and their families, with a strong commitment to serving others and a willingness to learn.
  • Your ability to connect with others with kindness and deep empathy for “different” individuals enables you to contribute to their well-being and personal development.
  • You are a person-centered individual, allowing you to design creative and original activities that meet the deepest needs of those you serve.
  • A State Diploma in Specialized Education is an advantage.

  • Holistic support and guidance: managing daily routines and personal care, overseeing administrative and health-related tasks, and ensuring the proper functioning of shared spaces.

  • Active collaboration with the specialized educator: coordination and involvement in the creation and follow-up of activity and personalized project plans.

  • Respecting standards: ensuring the prevention, safety, and hygiene of the individuals under your care.

You will report to the Centre’s Director. You will support and follow up with the children holistically, proposing care and initiatives in collaboration with families and partners. This role has a deep sense of purpose, oriented towards doing good, and offers a unique opportunity to learn and create.

Position Details:

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting neuropsychological assessments for autistic children, participating in the development and implementation of personalized projects.

  • Ensuring each child’s care: guiding them through their care journey, fostering their autonomy, and supporting their personal development.

  • Participating in review and feedback meetings: contributing to discussions around the implementation of innovative care projects and approaches.

  • Working closely with families and partners.

  • Tracking and developing neuropsychological support tools.

  • Adhering to standards: ensuring the prevention, safety, and hygiene of the individuals under your care.

Desired Profile
  • You have solid experience in neuropsychological care, ideally with autistic children, and are committed to serving others with a willingness to learn.

  • Your ability to connect with kindness and empathy enables you to engage with “different” individuals, contributing meaningfully to their well-being and development.

  • You are person-centered, allowing you to design creative and original activities that meet the deepest needs of those you serve.

  • A University Degree in Neuropsychology is required.

Psychomotricist (M/F)

As a Psychomotricist, you will collaborate within the Centre des Noyers, which will welcome around twenty autistic children aged 5 to 12. You will report to the Centre’s Director. You will support and follow the children, offering care and accompaniment both individually and in groups. This role holds a deep sense of purpose, oriented towards doing good, providing a unique opportunity to learn and create.

Position Details:

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying motor and sensory skills from a cognitive, emotional, and relational perspective.
  • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings: providing evaluations and suggesting care pathways.
  • Implementing care and support, promoting the child’s interaction with their environment, in both collective and individual settings, internally and externally.
  • Collaborating with families and partners.
  • Tracking and developing educational support tools.
  • Adhering to standards: ensuring prevention, safety, and hygiene for the individuals under your responsibility.
Desired Profile
  • You have solid experience in understanding and implementing solutions that support the psychomotor and sensory dimensions of individuals, and you are committed to helping others and have a desire to learn.
  • Your ability to connect with empathy and kindness enables you to engage with “different” individuals, contributing significantly to their well-being and development.
  • You are person-centered, allowing you to create original and creative activities that support people’s needs in alignment with their core being.
  • A State Diploma in Psychomotricity is an asset, but not mandatory.
